About

Arden Fjord was founded by Chris and Kay, two people who love making things and building something meaningful together. Chris is always working on something with his hands. He likes to create, invent, and turn ideas into something real. Kay enjoys crafting, creating art, and coming up with ideas. She loves planning and figuring out how to turn creative concepts into something people can enjoy.

The name reflects their vision. "Arden" means great forest or valley of the eagle, and was also used in Shakespeare’s Forest of Arden. "Fjord" refers to a Scandinavian sea landscape, a deep stretch of water surrounded by cliffs and shaped by glaciers. Together, Arden Fjord feels like forest meets sea.

Rooted in nature and made for wanderers, Arden Fjord curates artisan goods and travel-inspired accessories for the home and outdoors. It’s a space where their own creations and those of other makers come together, offering thoughtful products for people who value things made with care.
